About SCS Global
SCS Global designs and manufactures shipping containers, modular buildings, workforce accommodation, and DNV offshore equipment factory-direct from our Jiangsu facility. We serve procurement teams, project directors, and operations managers building infrastructure across mining, oil and gas, construction, defence, and humanitarian sectors. Every build runs end to end through our ISO 9001-audited factory: Corten cut, frame welded, panel seam-welded, paint applied, CSC plate stamped on-site by a Bureau Veritas surveyor, and ships factory-direct via our global logistics capability. That is what factory-direct means in practice; it is why the QA documentation, the lead time, and the certification are ours to answer for on audit.

Owns the SCS engineering capability: bespoke design, certification compliance, and DNV / CSC engineering review. Works across offshore container design under DNV 2.7-1 and ATEX zone classification, sits at the front of every custom build conversation, and signs off every certification submission package before it reaches the surveyor.

Factory
Manufacturing & infrastructure
SCS operates a 25,000 m² owned-and-operated facility in Jiangsu, China: CNC plasma cutting, automated and manual welding cells, a shot-blast-and-three-coat paint line, joinery workshops for fit-outs, and a dedicated DNV / CSC inspection bay. Headline capacity is 5,000+ container-equivalent units per year at two shifts; throughput depends on product mix. Every container is engineered, fabricated, painted, fitted out, and CSC-plated on-site by a Bureau Veritas surveyor before dispatch. The factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system audited by Bureau Veritas, and the Jiangsu team includes the welding inspectors, QA gate operators, and engineering staff who own the per-unit traveller documentation through to delivery.
